Raising A Resilient Child
Positive Psychology Learning directors, Lesley Lyle and Dan Collinson, are qualified trainers of How To Thrive’s Raising A Resilient Child course. When children are faced with challenges, disappointments, pressure and upheaval as they grow up, this one-day course is designed for parents and carers, who would like to learn some practical skills to help their children to be more resilient.
What does the course include?
How To Thrive’s Raising A Resilient Child course has been designed using the leading research into resilience and provides you with effective, evidence-based tools to build your own resilience and also to help children to boost their own resilience.
The course is delivered in either 6 x 2.5 hour modules or alternatively in 3 x 0.5 day workshops and includes topics such as resilient parenting, resilient thinking, resilient relationships, mindsets and energy, thinking differently and parenting to your strengths.
